Cancellation Policy
• $10+ deposit required per service for online bookings. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
• For best booking results, use the BOOK TAB and select “Any Polished Team 1 or 2” if you trust any of our artists.
• To request a specific tech, select their name from the Professional list. If their name is unavailable, select “Any Polished Team 1 or 2” and leave a note with your reservation.
• Walk-ins and same-day appointments welcome.
